XmAs

La Navidad la pasamos en casa de mis papas con mis hermanos y sobrinos; comimos mucho pavo, espaguetti delicioso que hizo Marisol, pure de papa, ensalada, postre y mucho jugo de arandano!!!

We spent Christmas at my parents with all my family. We had turkey, spagetti (it was yummy, of course Marisol made it) mashed potatoes, salad, dessert and lots of cranberry juice**.

**We mix the cranberry juice with 7up and it tastes really good!!! You should try it.

Mientras todos cenabamos deli deli .. juanito se fue a sentar al silloncito de la casa y de ahi nos veia comer..

While we were eating, Juanito went to sit by himself on a little couch and watched us eat.

Decidimos que esta Navidad deberiamos de tener alguna experiencia familiar, asi que Mariso preparo unas deliciosas manzanas con chocolate para relagar, la regalamos a familiares y vecinos y con ello una tarjeta para poder tener un video del nacimiento de Jesucristo.

We decided that this Christmas we should have a family experience so Marisol made this apple slices covered with chocolater. So we gave them to family and neighbors and a pass-along card for the Joy to the World video.

A la hora de los regalos los niños eran los mas felices, sobre todo Juanito por que le diero carritos que es lo que mas le gusta!
The children were so happy when they got to open their presents! Juanito got little toy cars and he just loved them!

A mi tambien me toco regalito, nos diero el regalo que siempre deseamos de niños pero que nunca nos dieron.
I got some presents too. My parents did something really cool, they gave to each of their children the present we always wanted when we were kids but that we never got.

Ya es una costumbre que el 25 por la mañana vamos al cine toda la famlia y asi lo hicimos este año, claro que los mas puestos eran Juanito y Vanessa.
It is a family tradition that on Christmas day we all go to the movies so this year we couldn't fail. Juanito and Vanessa were more than ready to go.

Afuera del cine habia un carrito y corrieron al carrito para subirse.
Outside the theater there was this ride for kids and as soon as they saw it they were up.

Alfredo siempre somete a Juanito, pero ahora fue diferente y Juanito se la regreso .. jejeje

Aqui esta finalmente la casita terminada, claro que esta era para los niños pero las mas emocionadas eran las mamas de los niños.
This is the house finished. It was supposed to be for the kids but the moms got all the fun.

Christmas time has come!!!

Christmas es una de las temporadas que mas me gustan!!!, los que me conocen bien lo saben que aunque sea verano me encanta cantar canciones navideñas!!! :D... y como no participar de las posadas, como la de mi trabajo la semana pasada!!
Christmas is my favorite season!!! those who know me very well know that even if it's summer I could be listening to Christmas music!!! :D... I love Christmas parties like the one at work last week!!

Fue genial nos divertimos mucho, hubo rifas para ganar viajes.. pero ... bueno .. aunque no nos ganamos nada, me di cuenta que soy muy conocido en la empresa!!! por que cuando dijeron mi nombre de que no me ganaria nada toda la gente demostro su inconformidad!! jejeje
It was fun, they were giving out plane tickets and stuff but I didn't get any. I realize though that a lot of people know me at work because when they called out my name that I was not selected for the prize a lot of people knew me. That was kind of cool.

Con un NUEVO integrante en la familia - NEW family member

Hay un nuevo integrante en la familia!!! el se llama Pewee y tiene 2 meses de nacido!, una hna. de la capilla se lo regalo a Juanito por que sabe que le encantan los perros, pero como que a Pewee no le gusta mucho juanito por que le da miedo.. jejejeje es muy gracioso ver a juanito detras del perro y el pobre pewee escondiendose de miedo jajajaja
We added a new member to the family!! His name is Pewee and is two months old! A sister in our ward gave it to Juanito because he likes dogs a lot...but Pewee doesn't like him very much cause he's alwasy after him... it's hilarious to see Juanito chasing Pewee all over the house hehe

Es impresionante lo rápido que crece Juanito, apenas tiene 1 año 5 meses y ya esta enorme!!!

Cada vez que vamos a tomar una foto le decimos Juanito foto foto! y el automaticamente se detiene, ve hacia la cámara y sonríe hasta que la tomamos, después de eso quiere ver como salio y se ríe mucho! es GENIAL!!!

De paseo! - Going out!

La semana pasada nos fuimos de paseo a la Feria del Libro con mi hna. Angelica y mi sobrino, nos divertimos bastante y le compramos su libro que por cierto.... fue un robo.. pero eso ya se los contare despues. Otra cosa, una disculpa por la poca definicion de las fotos, pero es lo mejor que se pueden ver de mi cel... espero que pronto pueda tener mi camara.

Last week we went to the Book Fair with my sister Angelica and my nephew. We had a lot of fun and we bought Juanito's first book...it was a steal... but I'll tell you about thtat later. Sorry the pictures aren't as good as I would want but they were taken with my cellphone... I hope I get my camera soon.

Aun no tengo camara de fotos, pero gracias a mi celular que tiene camara voy a poder seguir subiendo algunas fotos, claro que no con la misma definicion y a veces algo borrositas...

Las primeras lecciones de aprender a comer!, asi es, juanito ya no quiere que mama o papa le den de comer, ahora quiere comer el solo y si no es asi prefiere quedarse sin comer.

Es un niño muy inteligente y nos sorprende mucho el que esta creciendo muy rapido, ahora ya cruza sus brazos para hacer la oracion!, estamos muy felices con el!

He's a very smart boy and we are just amazed at how fast he's growing. He even folds his arms when we say a prayer! We are so happy to have him!

Un día como hoy 28 de julio pero del 2006, estábamos con los últimos detalles de la boda... primero la foto de estudio, de ahí comer en tu casa por que teníamos mucha hambre jejeje.., el civil y por fin el templo!.

Estos 2 años se me han pasado super rápidos, hemos progresado mucho, ya tenemos un integrante mas en la familia que se llama Juanito y los que faltan... Muchas gracias por todo lo que haces por nosotros, ya te lo he dicho muchas veces.. pero de verdad cada día que te levantas a trabajar y después a estudiar, pasando todo el día sin vernos, Juanito y yo te esperamos con emoción y agradecimiento por todo el esfuerzo que haces por salir adelante y cumplir tus metas.

Te amo, eres una persona muy importante en mi vida, me encanta cuando me haces reír con tus chistes puma.. jejeje.. o cuando me dices que me traes una soda y ... ash! es un dulce!!, o cuando me distraes para poder picarme los cachetes.. ash!! como me cae gordo eso!!!jejeje..

In July 28th but of 2006 we were making the very last arrangements for out wedding... Getting the pictures taken, eating lunch at your house because we were sooo hungry hehehe... the civil marriage and finally the Temple!!!

This last 2 years have passed by so fast, we have progressed a lot, we even have a new member in the family whose name is Juanito and the ones to come... Thank you very much for everything you do for us. I've told you this so many times but really everyday you wake up to go to work and then to school and not being able to see us... Juanito and I are excited waiting for you to thank you for all your effort to accomplish your goals.
